About PRO IN LAW

Founded in 2022

PRO IN LAW Bar Association was founded by advocates Mikhail Evgenyevich Timoshatov, Vasily Vladimirovich Chugudaev and Angelina Vladimirovna Bakhvalova. Before establishing the association, they had worked together on criminal cases for many years. Their professional relationship began during their service with the Investigative Committee of Russia.

The association was established on 12 April 2022.

Our first office opened in Vsevolozhsk, in the Leningrad Region. In summer 2023, we opened a St Petersburg branch and a principal client office in the city centre, at 50 Ligovsky Prospekt, building R.
